SUMSEA is led by a named leadership team accountable for academic standards, admissions integrity and the Academy's empowerment mission.
Chairman / Chief Executive Officer
Founder of SUMSEA. He established the Academy in June 2026 to convert practical skill into dignified livelihood for young Nigerians, and sets the institution's scholarship and empowerment agenda.
Pioneer Rector
Leads academic direction across the twenty diploma programmes, holding the standard of instruction, assessment and certification the Academy issues.
Deputy Rector
Supports academic administration, instructor coordination and the day-to-day running of programme delivery on campus.
Registrar
Custodian of admissions and student records. She reviews every application, conducts screening and issues official admission letters.
Bursar
The Bursar's office oversees tuition, application fees and financial records for the Academy. This appointment is currently being filled.

Practising professionals who lead each discipline cluster, design the curriculum and mentor students through their three-month diploma.
